How it works
There is no trick here. There is a sequence, a set of eligibility rules most founders never read, and a small number of decisions that change the total by six figures.
1. Four facts decide almost everything
Eligibility across this entire list reduces to four variables: when you incorporated, how much you have raised and from whom, what your product actually is, and where the entity is registered. Company age gates NVIDIA Inception (under 10 years), MongoDB (under 7), Anthropic (under 4). Funding source gates the difference between Cloudflare Tier 3 and Tier 1 — $10,000 versus $350,000. Product category is why agencies and consultancies are rejected by DigitalOcean, ElevenLabs, MongoDB and NVIDIA alike. Jurisdiction quietly decides whether the banking-linked perk bundles are even available to you.
2. Sequence beats volume
Almost every program on this list is one-time per company and tiers you by your funding on the day you apply. That makes timing a lever, not a detail. If a round is closing in six weeks, claiming Cloudflare, HubSpot or Neon now locks in the unfunded tier for a full year. If you are nowhere near a round, waiting costs you a year of free infrastructure you could have been building on. We sort your list into claim now, claim after the round, and do not touch yet.
3. Find the door, not the form
The headline numbers are mostly partner-gated. AWS routes its six-figure tiers through Activate Providers. HubSpot needs an approved partner or funding verifiable on Crunchbase or PitchBook. Modal, Datadog and Perplexity run through investor networks. Meanwhile a single business banking relationship can unlock a dozen partner perks at once, including AI API credit with no self-serve path anywhere. Often the fastest route to a program is a relationship you already have and have not used.
4. One attempt, so make it count
Cloudflare takes first-time applicants only. Notion, MongoDB and ElevenLabs exclude companies that already claimed. There is no appeal queue and no second form. Before you submit anything we check the boring things reviewers actually verify: company-domain email, a live site that describes a real product, a findable company profile, incorporation and funding evidence, and whether your product sits in an excluded category. Fixing those takes days. Losing a program takes seconds.
5. Then make the credit survive
A credit you cannot burn inside the window is worth nothing. Cloudflare hard-expires at 12 months with no extensions. DigitalOcean gives exactly 12 months and excludes GPU Droplets from core credits. Neon counts from acceptance rather than first use. MongoDB gives 12 months to activate and then 12 months to spend. We put the expiry dates in front of you at claim time, so the decision to apply is a decision about when you can actually consume it.
What we do not do
- We do not resell, broker or transfer credits. Providers issue them directly to your account.
- We never ask for your provider logins, and we do not submit applications on your behalf.
- We do not promise approval. Nobody outside the provider can.
- We do not invent numbers. Where a provider does not publish terms, we label the figure as indicative.
