AWS — AWS Activate
The largest ceiling in the database. A small self-serve tier needs just a live product; six-figure tiers route through Activate Providers — accelerators, incubators, VCs. Credits cover third-party models via Bedrock.
What you need to qualify
- Incorporated company with a company domain and a working product or prototype
- Self-serve tier is open without funding; larger tiers require affiliation with an AWS Activate Provider
- Must not have received Activate credits before
- AWS lists the bar as pre-Series B, founded within the last ten years, and an AWS account on a paid tier plan — an account still on the free plan does not qualify as written.
Before you submit
- Company domain email, not a personal address
- Live public website that describes a product, not a coming-soon page
- Company profile findable on LinkedIn, X or GitHub
- Incorporation documents and funding evidence to hand
- Confirm the company has not claimed credits from this program before, under any entity
